Band 2 Push Notification Issue.

Hello All,

I was wondering if anyone could give me a bit of advice on solving my issue. I have had my band 2 for about a week and it is connected to Android 5.1.1. I receive push notification and emails to my band 2 for about 15 minutes from when I power off and on my phone and that's it. It ignores everything after that. Powering off and on again on the phone only seems to fix the issue about 80% of the time for a few minutes.

I have factory reset the band several times ... Unpaired/Paired ... Uninstalled Microsoft health and I even went to the extremes of factory resetting my phone. I have tried everything ... It's so frustrating as I have fallen in love with the style and other applications but I just want it working as it should.

Any solutions would be much appreciated.

It seems android is killing the background process for the microsoft health app, which is required to push the notifications to the band 2.

I guess, Someone who has better knowledge of Android can help further.
