Band 2 + Windows 10 Inconsistent Notifications?

So, I have my band 2 paired with my Lumia 640 XL running the latest build of win10.

Notifications of texts is in some cases severely delayed or just straight doesn't work.

To get things "working" again, I have to run a sync with the health app. After that it'll work for a bit before acting up again.

Anyone else having this? And if so, what do you speculate the cause is? Win10 glitch that needs fixing?

I'm running the fast ring on my 930 and my notifications work, sometimes they are delayed a few seconds, but they work.
I do however have to manually sync the health app. I'm hoping that will get fixed in the next build, as the band just got released.

I have not problem with text notifications though phone calls do take a few seconds to register on the band. My main problem is that I have the email tile turned off and on my Icon I have the setting in Outlook just to play sounds (which it doesn't) and I still get email notifications on the band via the Notification Center tile.
