Hi, i saw a vid on youtube by phonearena stating the band around the device is plastic, unlike the 930 which uses aluminum. :(
Can anyone confirm this?

That's OK, my 920 is made of plastic and I think it could survive a nuclear winter.

Then what would be the point of the antenna bands on the top and bottom like my 925? Just for the hell of it? I highly doubt it!!

That could mean polycarbonate back and metal center or polycarbonate all around with metal as the top layer of the center only. Nothing is explained with that.

With all of the other quality sacrifices made on this thing, I'd hope that for the premium price it holds, we'd at least get full metal around that band, and not a cheap coating that could look really ugly (exposed plastic) if chipped.

He was simply wrong. Look at the responses from WP fans. They let him have it and rightly so.

Y'know, seeing it in action, I'm liking the looks of it more and more.

I seem to be the only one.
