Band battery reset (if having issues)

Microsoft Band support had me troubleshoot my Band, and one thing they had me do was hold down both buttons until the device device turns off. After this it will not turn back on until you plug it in. It gives you a message saying the battery died, but might have fixed my caller ID issue.

Apparently this can fix issues, so thought I'd share.
