If the settings are fine, the spammer's post will be rendered as hidden.

One caveat, some users may experience the same issue due to the content of their post may match at least the key words monitored by Spambot.

Please review the user posts and if they are valid, approve them.

Report to my attention any that was Spam and not moderated.
