Battery backup: Th2 vs RS1(Non Insider)

My laptop battery* is going worse day by day.

I only want to know that is RS1 .447(Latest) BUILD HAS BETTER BATTERY BACKUP THAN TH2 .6xx(latest) BUILD ?

* Battery is in excellent condition.
