Battery drains too quickly and Battery gets charge 100% in 10 mins

Hi everyone! Since some weeks, I'm facing a big problem with my Lumia 1520. My battery drains too quickly and when I plugged it to charge, it charged to 100% in less than 5 mins. When I take photos also with Lumia Camera, my phone reboots and the battery gets down. I already reset the phone and also use the recovery tools to flash it, but the problem is the same. Somebody can tell me if it's a battery problem or firmware?

If you reflashed, sounds like the battery cell has failed.

Is there anything else it could be? my phone will do the same thing, but in addition it'll drain quickly and quickly jump to "battery is critically low" sporadically. Is there any way to test the battery health?
