battery indicator showing charging when unplugged`

anyone know why this is happening? phone is showing charging when it's not plugged in.

and its not being recognized by zune...

well, my focus s has gone complete bonkers. now when you press the power button, the lock-screen immediately turns back on. so it will not turn off. and the touch screen is becoming very unresponsive. i have done 2 factory resets and i restored it to last month's back up. nothing fixed it.

replacement coming wednesday.

unfortunately, i can't even use this thing...

Sounds like a bad device. Take it in and get a new one. You will definitely enjoy the Focus S when it works.
