Battery lasts less

I have instaled new WP update 8.1 on my lumia 920 few days ago. I have noticed that my battery is lasting less then before. I went to the battery saver and shut down apps in background, but still. And whatsapp is depleting more battery then before. After a minute or two, battery gets warm. It wasn't like this before the update. Has anyone noticed a similar thing?

Things to try:

1. Soft reset.
2. Fully deplete the battery until the phone shuts down, then fully charge.
3. Hard reset.
4. Reset the software with Nokia Recovery Tool and start over.

Number 1 helped my 920 a little, but it took number 2 to really fix it. I didn't go to 3 or 4.
