Battery life after Black

Guys black update has screwed my standby time of lumia.earlier I used to get 2 days battery with minimal screen usage of 1hour/day.now am getting only 1day 2 hrs.plz lumia 820 owners post ur opinion.nd also I forgot to mention.I turn off all the background apps and services like data off ,Bluetooth off,NFC off,location services off.plzz help.

It's the glance and touch - something messy about it. If you turn off those two - your phone should do much better.
