Hi, my surface pro 3 have been functioning normally for 2.5 yrs.
However, 2 days ago, after installing latest update, my surface battery sudden drop from 70% to 7% and spark the warning, which is very unusual.
After I came back home and charge it for 1 night, I found that on the next day, battery status was 76%, even connected to AC, it appeared "plugged in, not charging".
Today, my surface battery can only charged to 60% and no more. I have uninstall and restart my surface again, but doesn't work.
I was wondering whether it is a hardware or software problem, but after I generated the battery report, I think it is more a software problem.Here is my report:

I should have contact service hotline, but they are on holiday until Tuesday.
