Lol 44$ they have to be kidding.
44$ for battery which will hold less than day longer than original. Sold my true 3Ah battery, that is worth buying.
1300mAh hold for me 2.5day so 650mAh is 1.25day, and 325mAh is 0.62day and so on.. (count for your drain speed)
This is 1600mAh, considering this is true 1.6Ah it will hold longer for about 12-13h. (~23% longer) so you expect price to be higher no more than price of original nokia battery+23% (assuming it is true 1.6Ah) which is 8,40$+1,40$ = 9,80$
this far from 44,00$.

Not worth buying at all, not for that price.

Yes me? Mugen power is a trusted company. Everybody who says he can put 2400mAh in the same sized battery is a liar. It is not possible! Mugen power is doing the maximum possible, in a great quality. It lasts me longer than I expected from just 20% more...because it is QUALITY

Despite everything about this seeming fishy, I decided to order this battery from eBay:
New 2250mAh High Capacity BL 4J Business Battery for Nokia C6 C6 00 | eBay

I doubt it's really 2250mAh, but I figure if it's still above the stock capacity it will still be an improvement. I'll update on how it goes when I get the battery.

You can use BL-5J with no problem, it has the same Voltage only the amperage differs...so there is no problem using it.
