battery on wp 8.1

I have this disturbing issue with my Lumia 925. My phone was fully charged then after I think a couple of minutes suddenly I only have 96% even though I haven't using it extensively (my battery saver is on and I did a lot of steps to maximize my battery life). What's wrong with it please help. Thank you

If you just updated to the dev preview, give the phone a week or two to straighten out in terms of battery life. The other case is that sometimes the phone (running on non-optimised firmware on 8.1) will give a false battery reading - for example once my battery said 50% all day....when I charged it overnight it said 50%....then I performed a soft reset (volume down + power) and it went back up to 100%. Otherwise if it's none of those issues just keep an eye out on your Battery Saver app and see what app(s) are chewing up battery in the background.

Plus others are seeing improvements in battery by turning off battery saver.
