Battery Saver acting strange

For me it's been showing some odd percentages for quite while, it's only with specific percentages when this happens (see picture). Using a Lumia 1320 with WP 8.10.14219.341 build.

Let the battery completely die out so phone switch off. It may need calibrating

I had this one time. I opened battery saver and was checking something. I am not sure what I did but when I closed the app the battery saver tile (on the startscreen) gave the usage of the app which had the the most usage and not the actual battery level. I now can not replicate it anymore.

Same problem here and the battery percentage decreases and at times increases not having plugged it to a power source and I can't see the battery saver on apps that can run in the background like before
