Battery saver after update doesn't show correct usage?

I just updated yesterday and it seems that battery saver isn't properly showing app usage? For example Weave shows >1% in use and 99.8% in background.

Okay, here's a quick tip: disable the anomalous background process and see where that gets you. Then, after a while, once Battery Save doesn't show the background part, re-enable it to see how well it goes.

Of course, you can also try the re-install/reboot/soft reset trifecta.

I would let the new battery saver app bed in a little. Its currently telling me I am going to get 40+ hours of battery until my next charge on my 925. I'll bet you any money that it I don't get anywhere near that. A full charge got me about 20-22 hours prior to the update.

That's the thing, apps which aren't allowed to work in the background is showing high usage in the background.
