Battery Saver App Not Showing Any Applications

Hi! I have a Lumia 635 with Windows 10 for Phones installed. My problem is that, although I can open the battery saver app and use the battery saver function for my overall phone, the app doesn't show any of my applications that "Have usage in the last day" or "can run in the background" or any other category. I've left my phone on that screen for well over 5 minutes and nothing ever shows up. Can anyone provide help or explain what's happening? Much appreciated!

This is a know issue if you use windows 10 on your phone. See below article.

There is no fix for it yet. Maybe with the next update this may be fixed but that is not sure.
