Battery saver in redstone 1

Lumia 950xl .Anyone having problem in stopping appz from running in background
Any app i dont allow it to run just keeps running and getting notifications
Ididnt have this problem in windows10 before redstone so if anyone confirms its only me or all of us
Try putting facebook in not allowed and see
