battery saver not working?

hey all.

Iv been on windows 8.1 since its release (htc 8x) and the battery life is awful but that's not the real problem. the real problem for me is that battery saver doesn't seem to make any difference and the phone shuts down with 20% battery left!?

I have reset the phone a few times and its done very little, if anything, to change this problem. can anyone recommend a solution?

Wait for firmware I'd have to say. Most of your battery saver is reliant on it.
