Battery saver phone app

I never had issues with the battery life on my L521 which runs WP8.1DP but two days ago I noticed that int battery saver app the "phone app" is using all my battery
I tried charging the phone (to reset the usage) but it only affected the apps below the "phone app"
Can anyone help me please. Thanks in advance.
