Best GPS App for Windows 10 Mobile?

Hello everyone!!
For daily GPS i will use default Maps from Windows, but i cant avoid a route that i want to.
Waze is also cant do it.
Is there any other GPS apps that can do like avoid specific route or something like that?

I haven't heard of an app that can avoid a specific route; most apps avoid routes based on traffic.

However, Waze has a very interesting feature that most users ignore: it has the ability to learn the preferred route of the user. Hence, if you keep using Waze and then keep avoiding a certain route, eventually Waze will "learn" that you don't want that specific route and will instruct you to take a different route instead.
