I am looking for an app which gives notifications for latest news. Since TOI app doesn't support notification as their app does in iOS or Android, which app to download

NDTV is a good app. But after a month notifications stop automatically and I have no clue why even though the app runs in the background.

How does Bing news work? In one of the cell phones I was setting up for my father Bing news seemed to work fine when regional settings were set to India.
