Best tablet for the buck?

Really dumb question. Can you run iTunes on these?

I'm also guessing you've got full Office as well? I need Excel and Power Point in particular.

If its a Windows tablet, and not a Windows RT one (so basically any recent Windows tablet)

iTunes will work! The problem is that it might not look great because of scaling - being on a touchscreen or higher resolution screen and all.
Full Office is actually included in many of the lower-end tablets.
