Best transparent tile maker?

I've tried Transparent Tiles Maker and Transparency Tiles which work fine. But I was wondering if there's a best app or are these the best there are (best as in most features and most choices).

Also, is there such an app that support notification counts?

I shall promote Start Perfect, especially since OneNote is an option. (Transparency Tiles is kinda the free version)

No app can do that notification count IIRC.
