Best travel dual sim phone? (May 2015)

I'm heading out of the country next weekend and am looking for a dual sim with a decent camera and more importantly, battery life.
If I could keep the cost under $199
With the slew of mid tier spec'd dual sim devices out now, I was curious to see your opinions.

Any suggestions?

Moved to Phone Wars forum.

First to mind would be the Lumia 730. (and maybe the 640 dual-SIM if its available. - note that its available in 3G and 4G/LTE versions - same with the XL)
If you don't mind sacrificing some camera chops and other smaller things, the 630 may be an option as well.

I can't speak for Android models, but perhaps a dual-SIM Moto phone might be the ticket.
