Best way to test my battery?

I think it drains way to fast.
I have everything turned off, except wifi.
30% in an hour (With heavy usage like, browsing, messaging etc.).

How do i check that it's not defective?

P.S. it's a new set. 10 days old.

Put it in a bowl of water. If it no longer works when you take it out you had a good battery..
