Best weather app for transparent tiles?

its worked...just pinned and wait for a couple of minutes... first its showing orange tile, but its update with transparency.. and its very nice.. much better than blue skies..

Almost comical in a way that Bing weather doesn't have a transparent option, its a Microsoft app and it got an update on the 10th

Thanks now there's the option to use the trasparent tile, it looks very nice indeed

I think it's because Microsoft integrates it with Cortana.

Blue Skies just got an update to allow 1 hour updates of the live tile for a small fee, if that was holding anyone back from using it's transparent tile.

Apparently I had downloaded it in the past, but uninstalled and forgot about it. Not going to forget it now.
