Best Weather App for Windows Phone

Please suggest me the best weather app for WP8.1 that keeps on updating the live tile periodically.

I like Viather. It uses 2 sources (accuweather and weather.com) and is pretty spot on with it's forcecast. Also the live tile is beautiful.

In addition to the thread shared by RumoredNow, here's another thread which might be useful to you.

The reliability of most weather apps is mainly dependent on your current location; most of the accurate (to within a few meters and a few minutes) weather apps are designed only for the US, while majority of the other weather apps for the rest of the world rely on weather models with less resolution and precision. Some of them even extract weather data from multiple sources, but that doesn't make much of a difference. Weathr by CB Studios, for example, acquires data from Weather Underground, Forecast.io and Openweathermap.org, while MSN Weather extracts data from Foreca, Accuweather, weather2travel, holidayweather and weathertrends360.

If you live in the United States, you might have some luck with SkyMotion; if you're not in the US, you can try Umbrella 8, Appy Weather, Weathr, Weather-To-Go, Prognoza or Forecast, whichever suits your taste.

I also like Vieather. Updates the title periodically and also supports transparent title.
