Best Windows 10 tablet option at launch?

If I wanted a low to medium end Windows 10 tablet with as much Windows 10 feature compatibility as possible at launch (July 29th) which one should I go with? Surface 3?

Surface 3 certainly has a lot of bang for the buck and with no OEM in the way is sure to get upgraded quickly to 10. I can't fault your choice.

Except maybe price? But if you think that is mid to low. Plunge ahead.
