It's hard to imagine that Nokia are seemingly struggling with a worldwide launch here. I think we'll know a lot more tomorrow. Some of it has to do with Microsoft, and a lot likely has to do with big changes at Nokia around manufacturing and distribution.

Nokia needs to get this right, make sure they have plenty of stock. The fact that the iphone is not available right now is a HUGE opportunity for other companies. I ordered one (iphone 5) for work and there is 'no ETA'. I am forced to use either iphone or blackberry, so I was going to buy one no matter what. Hopefully 12 months from now there will be an option for WP8.

I really do think that Windows 8 is going to be a much bigger game-changer than we all think. There is also a chance that it gets labeled as the modern vista and people avoid it like the plague ... we'll see ...
