Big battery drains on 8.1.1

I recently updated to WP 8.1 GDR1 and I noticed that my phone's standby time has been very bad. For very minimal SMS messaging (using the default Messaging app), my phone went from 100% to 75% in 5 hours. This isn't what I'm experiencing before with my 1520 before the update. I used to brag about its battery life and standby time to my friends, until now...

Still on Black. Anyway, I already solved the issue. Now, I got 3% drain after 5 hours off the charger.

Dunno. I opened all apps one by one and soft-reset my phone.

Out of curiosity what was the issue? At times I've been getting random battery drain on my 1520 (updated to Cyan, then 8.1.1, already did a hard reset).

Actually, I haven't figured out what caused it but at least my battery is fine now.

I kept my 1520 on Official Cyan but my 822 is on 8.1.1 and boy does it eat up battery!! I've done a hard reset, opened all my apps but even just browsing on wifi can drain more than 20% of battery per hour.
