Not us, rather "Waiting for approval = undergoing final testing with Nokia, country or operator to achieve approval".

and you're lucky "waiting for approval" is a lot better than not available which some phone models are saddled with by the carrier...

i'm currently downloading black for Lumia 920. I'm in Belgium but bought the phone In france so it is currently updating. it still says coming soon on the availability site, but it might be worth a try as mine is here now!
