MY LUMIA 920 WAS UPGRADED TO LUMIA BLACK.AFTER FEW MONTHS MY SCREEN FREEEZED AND AFTER FEW DAYS APPS ARE NOT RESPONDING.SELLER REPAIRED IT & HE TOLD ME NOT TO UPDATE PHONE.WHY THEY TOLD IT? I UPDATED PHONE AGAIN AND IT HAPPENED AGAIN.WHAT IS THE REASON?how can i solve it?

Press both volume up and power button at the same time for 15 seconds. It should automatically restart and work fine. If it doesn't, Follow the steps here-

I don't think wp has some security problem. Since all apps are gone trough evaluation before published to the store.

Simply say it like formating your phone and fill it again with fresh one
