its available OTA. There's no need to flash it. Flashing would probably result in loss of data, but found an OTA update will not cause loss of data.

Dude, I know that. I prefer flashing over OTA.

no gdr3 preview , 215 mb of data checked from data sense & that time contained all process ( downloading, prepare to install, install , migreating of data ) and downloading is done on 1mbps connection
