Blemishes

Hi everyone,
I bought my lumia 1520 two weeks ago, generally I'm pleased with my device, however there is one issue that is really bothering me: water-like blemishes (stains) on the left side of my matte black lumia and there are many of them. I tried to wipe them off, they did not disappear anyway. Is there anyone suffering from the same problem with me?

Had that on my 920. I returned it.
