BLU WIN HD LTE - Weird Charging Issue (charging but percent decreases), can I get some help?

I have sent the phone for replacement for this issue. But still I didnt got it back. Please some one help. how to contact BLU customer care.

All numbers they provides are not reachable.

If you're not in the EU they may be able to point you at your country's support line.

I got my RMA via them, even though another company handled the replacement.

My partner's phone is doing the same thing now, still just in warranty, but the reset button advice looks like a surefire solution so I'll give that a go first.

To fix the battery issue, you need to take off the back cover in order to operate the reset button. This is located between the on/off- and the volume down button. Then leave the phone to completely drain the battery. Next recharge to full, and repeat two times.
After I did this, the battery life of my Blu HD LTE is quite amazing. Particularly in standby. Stays on for days, and the percentage hardly drops.
