This is the first time my phone died and I go to plug it in and its not showing me the red light. It vibrates then shows me the Plug In Cord Icon. Is there a way I can fix this? I tried plugging it into the wall and computer, also tried a different cord.

Often when people say this, it means the phone needs to be plugged in for longer. Try leaving it on there for a half hour and then check it out.
