Bluetooth 4.0 LE

Has anyone worked out if this enables BT4.0 le on the likes of the L920? Its in Amber for 720,620. I'd like to use the likes of the Adidas app to pair with a HRM, but was under the impression we'd need to wait for Nokia BSS.

Thanks, probably going to wait for BSS then and stick with Amber for now.
