Bluetooth and calling issues!

I turn of the BT when i want to connect to the Ram and when i turn it on and make a call, it automatically turns on the speaker and can not hear anyone on my end but that person gets the call,.. i turn off the blue tooth it works fine, 9/10

(1st of all it does not connect to my uconnect 5.0 at any longer, so im sure it has something to do with)

anyone having that same BT issue, place a call and cant talk?
