Bluetooth Apt-X support?

I'm looking at Bluetooth speakers and noticed the apt-X codec is new and allows for much better quality than typical bluetooth streaming. Does the Lumia 920 support apt-X? Googling brings up nothing...

My guess is that WP8 does not support apt-x, since someone suggested it in User Voice.
