Bluetooth connection

My Lumia 925 will not connect via bluetooth with my N8. Bluetooth is activated on both devices, and the codes match. They have successfully paired in the past. Any ideas why they suddenly fail to connect?

Has the 925 received an update that could of changed things? The first thing I do with any bluetooth problems is to delete the bluetooth info on both devices regarding each other. Then I re-pair both. Often times this solves problems.

Update: My L925 fails to connect via bluetooth with ANY device.

I'd say hardware issue. Mine easily connects with my other gadgets
