Bluetooth headsets

My Jaybird Freedom 3 bluetooth headset works with my Lumia 620, but not with my Lumia 800.

I've also noticed that generally the 800 seems to have a problem connecting via Bluetooth, e.g. not pairing with a 710, my 620 or my iPad 2.

Does anyone else use their 800 with their JF3 headset, or has anyone else successfully paired with the above devices?

Trying to work out if my handset has a Bluetooth issue or not, or whether it's just a general quirk of Lumia 800s/Windows Phone 7.

WP7 won't pair with other handsets as it doesn't have the profiles for it. But as for the headset - I'm at a loss on that one. Any A2DP headset should pair fine with WP7.
