Bluetooth issue in windows phone

I have Lumia 820, When I'm trying to share files via Bluetooth the list shown there is not scrolling so that I can see the entire list and choose. I've to delete the old paired devices just to view the complete list.
Is this a bug of windows OS or just some issue with my set.

have you paired them earlier ? if so they will appear in list and new devices will be present when it says searching.
try to do a soft reset by holding volume down + lock button at the same time until your phone vibrates and reboot itself (ignore the black screen to power off ) , this wont delete any of your phone data.
