Bluetooth pairing issues

[Windows Central Question]

So, I have a Moto G 2014 and I want to listen to my music by streaming it to my windows 8.1 computer over bluetooth which is plugged into my sound system. I paired my phone to my computer and that went OK, but when i click the "to use this PC's speakers to listen to Sterio audio playing on remote device" option in my phones bluetooth operations window, it acts like it is trying to do something, but nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
