Bluetooth problem

Hi I got my new Nokia Lumia 620 last week and am having some trouble with the bluetooth connection with the phone and my 2001 BMW 535i. I can pair the phone and transfer my contacts but can't make or receive calls as I used to. I have deleted all old paired devices from the car so there shouldn't be any conflict. I have read a lot of old post about pairing problems but haven't found any positive answers. My phone is up to date with it's updates. I have been in touch with my BMW dealer who is ment to be looking into weather my bluetooth ULF module can have a software update. My phone supplier say they can't help. Why do I have to do all the leg work to get this problem sorted.

I would suggest waiting until you find out if there are any firmware updates for the car Bluetooth module. Updating the firmware might provide the solution to your issue.
