Bluetooth Question

I have an usual question and forgive me if this has been asked but I listen to music via Bluetooth headphones, and when a text comes through Cortana asks me if I want to read it. Of course it stops my music while doing so, but I have a different Bluetooth device in the car that I like the texts to be read through. My question is there a way to turn off Text reading just when Im on my head phones but make sure it reads it when Im in the car?

Go to settings, speech and select when you want messages read.

Only Options I have under Speech is to change the language or speed of text to speech. Im on Windows 10 Mobile if it makes a difference?

Ah I did find it under Cortana's Notebook But it looks like my options are off or Wired or Bluetooth can't differentiate between bluetooth devices
