Bluetooth: Sent large file, can't find it...

So I was without my USB cable and so decided to transfer a file to my phone using the Lumia 920's bluetooth connection. I was using my work macbook pro and chose to "send file to device" and sent an archive.zip.

It seems to be using up space in the "other" category which currently sits at 5.7GB (the file was 3GB) however I can't see it using my PC using explorer.

Anyone else have experience with this issue?

So I've now tried going back to the mac and used "Browse Device" in the bluetooth options however it said "service not available on this device" - anyone have any ideas of an app that might help?
