Bluetooth SYnc Issues

I have a 640 XL i am trying to pair my LG HBS800 with, but no matter what i do it will not pair. Has anyone else had this issue?
Is this something specific to the headset?

Might be comparability with the head set, as so far mine has had no problems syncing to my external Bluetooth speaker, or the Uconnect system in my car.

I am having bluetooth issues not working with 640 XL to panasonic kx-tgh260 using link 2 cell options. Old phone 520 worked fine, also works with wife phone LG Escape2.
