Bluetooth won't connect/find speaker

Hi,

I can't get my laptop to connect to my Bose speaker. It works with other devices but my laptop just isn't seeing it. I have updated the drivers and made sure bluetooth is turned on in network settings and bluetooth settings.

Can anyone help?

Hmmm, thanks. But it's my laptop or W10 that is the problem. My bose speaker works fine with other devices.

Here's a good place to go. When I have a issue with a devise, I like to go to the manufacture.:smile:
