Blurry Start Screen & Lock Screen

Here's an oddball. Lumia 930 just installed 10136 from a Windows 8.1 install. Any time I attempt to use any of my own images (shot on this phone mind you) as either the Star Screen or Lock Screen they are blurry and pixelated regardless of whether I use the full screen picture or tile picture option. However, if I select Bing for my lock screen the image is fine.

I have the same issue, although it seems to only affect certain images. Some images I can set as the tile backgrounds without any blurry issues, while others are blurry no matter what. It honestly looks like it's trying to set the small thumbnail image as the actual wallpaper.

It's not about your and all
on my lumia 640XL wont even let me change the start screen photo and also Show More Tiles are not working, both are the same.
