Blutooth on a Lumina 1520

I purchased a new ATT 1520 about 6 weeks ago. I love everything about the phone. The only problem that occurs every once and a while is my Blutooth starts cutting in and out. Most of the time it works fine. Usually it happens in my car. It will work once and then I make a stop and re-establish the connection it starts cutting in and out almost like a record skipping. I have tried to turn off Blutooth and rediscover. I have completely taken it out of my car's discovered blutooth connections and started over. I have turned off wifi. Restarted my phone. I also thought maybe it was the Live Lock Beta app so I uninstalled and it did help but it still happens on occasion.
It also happens on occasion when I'm listening to my Motorola blutooth headset. At first I thought it may have been notifications coming in but just kept doing it.
Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
Thank you

I've had similar problems in the past with my 1520, 920 and even the 900 and Samsung Focus. There seems to be some Bluetooth devices that just do not work well with some phones.

I bought an aftermarket stereo for my car because I wanted to add Bluetooth audio streaming and improved voice handling over my 2007 Prius' factory stereo. I chose the Pioneer AVH-4000NEX and have had 0 connection problems with it. Just FWIW.

Same problem I am having. I have a 2011 Hyundai Elantra. It doesn't do it with my Bluetooth speaker though.

I have 2 Dodges and I have had zero issues with blutooth cutting out.

I do have a weird issue where when it connects automatically as I enter the vehicle, the blutooth sound defaults to 15 versus the max 30 each time and I have to manually update it.

My bluetooth volume drops to 15 often as well. I think that is part of the annoying volume warning feature.
